If you were injured due to one of the above reasons, you should contact our office immediately as in several instances you are required to file a notice of injury with the government in a short amount of time or risk losing your ability to sue altogether! In some cases you must provide notice to the government within 60 days!

If you do not answer the complaint in a timely fashion you will be defaulted and you automatically lose. Even if you think you do not have defenses in these cases, as experienced attorneys, we often find numerous defenses that can out right win your case or at least help to lower the debt by as much as 50% to 70% of the debt owed in some cases. If you have multiple debts, you may be eligible for bankruptcy.

Social Security Disability
